PRIVACY POLICY

This Privacy Policy describes how BenCorp International Holdings ("BenCorp," "we," "us") handles information when you visit bencorp.net. We are a satirical anatomical holding company, a wholly owned subsidiary of One Guy From Green Bay, operating in continuous session since August 1981.

This Policy is meant to be readable. It is not medical advice. We do not sell your organs. We also do not sell your personal information.

Public browsing of the site does not require an account. We do not currently operate a customer login or a persistent public-visitor database.

If you use Contact, you may provide a name, email address, and memo. Those fields exist so Karen in HR / Filtration has something to filter. Do not include Social Security numbers, payment cards, health diagnoses, or other sensitive data in a memo. Gerald has 11,000+ unread notifications and is not a vault.

Our hosting provider and the network in between may process standard technical logs (IP address, user agent, timestamps, requested URLs) to keep the site standing. Steve, Chief Structural Officer, insists this is "fine."

We use information to: (a) operate and secure the site; (b) route memos to HR / Filtration; (c) diagnose outages; (d) improve copy after someone points out that Gerald cannot, in fact, open a 48th tab; and (e) comply with law.

We do not use your information to train a secret organ. We do not use it to bill Ben's Wallet unless you are on a real paid plan, which you currently are not, because the catalog is satire.

The public pages do not set advertising cookies. If you sign in to a future account feature, a session cookie would be required to keep you signed in. We will update this Policy before that happens, assuming Patricia can find the revision in Q3.

Your browser may store local data on its own. That is between you and your browser. Barry will leave the meeting before we finish explaining it.

We load Orbitron and Share Tech Mono from Google Fonts. Google may receive your IP address and user agent as part of that request. See Google's own privacy policy for how they handle it.

The site displays satirical advertisements that link to third-party properties (including youraicsuite.com, yourhumansuite.com, humanifying.com, and lastweektonight250.com). Those sites are not BenCorp. Their policies apply when you click through.

If the site is served through a host or CDN (for example Vercel), that provider processes requests in order to deliver pages. They are processors, not a new organ. Gary is still not invited.

We share information only: with service providers who host or operate the site; if required by law or to protect BenCorp, visitors, or One Guy From Green Bay; or with your direction.

We do not sell personal information. We do not share it for cross-context behavioral advertising. We do not hand it to the Gallbladder Division. That division is closed.

Technical logs are kept only as long as the host keeps them for security and operations. Memos are processed by HR / Filtration; we do not currently promise a long-term archive. If we start keeping one, we will say so here.

Frank retains grudges indefinitely. That is an internal organ matter and, regrettably, not a data-subject right you can exercise against him.

Depending on where you live (including Wisconsin, other U.S. states with privacy laws, and the EEA/UK), you may have rights to access, correct, delete, or export personal information, to object to or restrict certain processing, and to appeal a denial.

To make a request, submit a memo on the Contact page with the subject "Privacy." We will need enough information to find you in the (currently very short) pile. We will not honor requests from Gary. See Terms §13.

If we decline a request we are not legally required to grant, you may appeal by submitting a second memo. Karen will filter it. Eventually.

The site is not directed at children under 13 (or under 16 where that is the relevant age). We do not knowingly collect personal information from children. If you believe we have, contact us and we will delete it. Do not let a child operate the defibrillator button. It is a joke. It is also a large red button.

We are based in Green Bay, Wisconsin, United States. If you visit from elsewhere, your information may be processed in the United States, where laws may differ from those in your country. Use of the site is your instruction to handle information as described here.

We may update this Policy. The "Last revised" line at the top will change when Gerald saves the file. Continued use after an update is acknowledgment. Material changes will be posted on the site.
